Description

There are four riverside semi-detached units. Each unit has an open plan living/sleeping area and a partly closed loft room. The thatch roof units sleep 4 people. The ground floor has 2 x single beds. The first floor, partly closed, loft room has two beds and is accessible by staircase. Private shower / toilet. Equipped kitchenette! These semi-detached units cost R1200 per unit per night excluding breakfast.

Rates

• Rates exclude all meals. Service of rooms by arrangement at extra cost.
• Both breakfast and dinner available on request
• All rates are self-catering; breakfast/dinner can be booked in advance
• Valid from 01 January 2023 to 30 September 2023. New rates as of 01 October annually
• Prices are subject to change without notice

General Terms & Conditions

• Full payment of accommodation account due 30 days prior to client’s arrival.
• Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms 50% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation and the Balance payable 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival 50% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival 75% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% of full accommodation costs payable.
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
