Description

The 2 Mud Huts are close to the river. Each hut has sleeping space for two people. These rooms have beds with bedding only. The toilet & hot water shower facility is outside and next to the rooms and shared. There is a communal (open plan) barbeque (braai) area. The cost is R400 per hut per night (excluding breakfast).

Rates

• Rates exclude all meals. Service of rooms by arrangement at extra cost.
• Dinner Rate is R220 per person
• Breakfast rate is R120 per person
• Both breakfast and dinner available on request
• All rates are self-catering; breakfast/dinner can be booked in advance
• Valid from 01 January 2023 to 30 September 2023. New rates as of 01 October annually

General Terms & Conditions

• Full payment of accommodation account due 30 days prior to client’s arrival.
• Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms 50% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation and the Balance payable 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival 50% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival 75% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% of full accommodation costs payable.
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
