Description

Gymnogene is an open plan chalet with en-suite toilet & shower, kitchenette, own braai and overhead fan. Bedding and towels are provided. The balcony overhangs the Sundays River. A private getaway! The cost on the unit is R1100 per night (excluding breakfast). (3 sleeper – 2 x single beds, made up as a double, and a sleeper-couch)

Rates

• Rates exclude all meals, servicing of rooms can be arranged at reception
• Both breakfast and dinner available on request
• All rates are self-catering; breakfast/dinner can be booked in advance
• Valid from 01 October 2023 to 30 September 2024. New rates as of 01 October annually
• Prices are subject to change without notice

General Terms & Conditions

• Full payment of accommodation account due 30 days prior to client’s arrival.
• Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms 50% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation and the Balance payable 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival 50% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival 75% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% of full accommodation costs payable.
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
