Description

Tracey’s room has 2 single beds next to each other. It is attached to the main home on the farm, while it still has a private entrance and little courtyard. This room has a tea station – but not a kitchen. Private toilet & shower! Bedding & towels are provided. The room price is R750 per night (excluding breakfast). [The unit does not have a kitchen facility.]

Rates

• Rates exclude all meals. Service of rooms by arrangement at extra cost.
• Both breakfast and dinner available on request
• All rates are self-catering; breakfast/dinner can be booked in advance
• Valid from 01 October 2023 to 30 September 2024. New rates as of 01 October annually

General Terms & Conditions

• Full payment of accommodation account due 30 days prior to client’s arrival.
• Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms 50% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation and the Balance payable 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival 50% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival 75% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% of full accommodation costs payable.
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
