The Castle

Description

The Castle is a self-contained flat-let. It has two bedrooms and is attached to the main house on the farm. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, and the first floor bedroom has 3 x single beds. Bedding and towels are provided. The flat has an equipped kitchen, a small dining area, a braai, and a private entrance. Private bathroom & toilet.

Rates

• Rates exclude all meals. Service of rooms by arrangement at extra cost.
• Both breakfast and dinner available on request
• All rates are self-catering; breakfast/dinner can be booked in advance
• Valid from 01 October 2025 to 30 September 2026. New rates as of 01 October annually
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Please note all rates include VAT and are subject to change without notice.

General Terms & Conditions

• Full payment of accommodation account due 30 days prior to client’s arrival.
• Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms: 50% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation and the balance payable 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 21 days of arrival: 50% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 75% of full accommodation costs payable.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: 100% of full accommodation costs payable.
• In the event of premature departure, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
